Let me begin by reemphasizing that I am taking this matter very seriously. Personnel matters are confidential but you can be reassured that I am addressing it as swiftly as possible. I have worked with our legal counsel and our union representation. In accordance with our district policies and legal counsel, I have placed the individual in question on administrative leave.
